A: It is simply your invitation to inspect.
If you see a Buyer Inquiry Range advertised on a property, and you are looking to buy somewhere in that range, then we invite you to inspect this property. You never know, you may like it and be able to negotiate for it! Remember, it is a Buyers range, not a Selling range.

Q: What does the ‘Value At’ mean?

A: It is simply the agents estimation of the good buying price. It is there to help the Buyer formulate their offer, and we suggest the Value At level is a good place to start your negotiations.
Unlike an auction, where the lack of pricing guidelines can be very frustrating for a Buyer, the ‘Value At’ is there to help.
